"The customer service at this store isn’t that great. They definitely stereotype you, what’s crazy is somebody really woke up one day and decided to open up a hair store knowing that the customer base was going to be black. They decided to open up a store in our community and take our money but we’re not really welcomed there. They Literally only get business because someone’s in a hurry and don’t wanna wait for another store to open or because the other stores are closed. They stay open a literally just for the purpose of getting our dollar but when you enter the establishment it’s nothing welcoming about it. One person follows you around the store while the other watches the camera , you can’t look in peace or weigh out our options because they think everybody wants to steal from them so they make you feel extremely uncomfortable so you can hurry up buy and leave. I’m a person that values service over convenience. So you’ll never get a dollar out of me if you don’t reevaluate how you treat your customer base. And a good start would be an apology for assuming that everyone is the same ."

"The owners are the staff members and they are very rude depending on how you look when you come in. If you look like you just rolled out of bed they will treat you like trash... if you look like you have some money they will treat you like royalty."

"The woman followed me from aisle to aisle, (I was in the aisles, she was up at the front), moving with me down each aisle as I shopped. They have cameras pointing down each aisle, which should suffice. Everyone is not a criminal and trying or needs to steal from you!!! Smh. The thefts are unfortunate, but you cant treat everyone like that!"

"Extremely rude, and even though they have a store that sells black haircare products, they treat black people with 0 respect and no matter what you’re spending there , they’ll treat you like a thief . If you want a store set up in your community to get your dollars but will follow you closer than your shadow does shop here."

"I'd give zero stars if I could. There are no stores like this where I live and since I was in Little Rock decided to stop by. I opened the door and greeted one of the owners at the counter with a ginger ☺️ "hello!" He just stared at me. I said "ok, I guess not hello." I'm not the type to let others bad mood rub off on me so I was still in an upbeat mood. What made me leave, was the lady owner yelling at my son who is 12 JUST down the aisle from me looking at products (and probably bored) to "go back to your mama!". Mind you I get it if he was being unruly, but he was literally standing still, not touching anything, LOOKING at something lost in thought. I put my basket down, said loudly "Son, let's go to a store where we can be treated nicely."-because I needed my child to know he did nothing wrong. I implore you, reader, patronize businesses that respect their customers instead of being openly and brashly hostile. As for me, I'll continue shopping online until my town gets a hair store."
