Reviews of Kiddley Winks Daycare & Presch
"Lori's a great daycare provider! We've been there for about 7 years with two kiddos. She goes WAY over the top with hosting holiday parties and summer get-togethers for the kiddos enjoyment and allowing the parents to meet each other (pandemic permitting)."
"I am the owner of Kiddley Winks Daycare & Preschool. In response to the review by AE: As a welcoming daycare facility, I adhere and support statute 363A.08; as my daycare families are diverse. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are served at our facility. Families can provide food from home but are not asked to. In this situation, the family did not work out per our contract- which was signed by both parties. The last conversation that I had with the individual was very cordial and utilizing my care for backup daycare was also discussed. In response to Kathleen Grady: This review is from an unknown source. We have never provided care for or have had a client by this name. In response to Brenna Maus: This child began daycare here in May of 2016. The family began with a trial period- per written contract- which was signed by both parties. Resources were exhausted trying to work with the child and the parents. The child was throwing violent tantrums, crying persistently, and experiencing severe separation anxiety. When the parents were asked to a meeting to discuss the situation, the parents responded with, “We are too busy this week.” The parents also asked to go against licensing rules regarding safe sleeping and eating practices. They tried to convince me to keep the child in my care even though there was no progress or resolution. During the two weeks that the child attended daycare at my facility, clients expressed their concerns about this child’s behavior and how it was negatively influencing their children. I was left with no other option than to politely give them notice of termination, once again, per our signed contract. The safety of the children in my care is of the utmost importance to me."
"Lori's daycare is great. My daughter went there for upwards of four years and there was never a single problem. As a matter of fact, my daughter still frequently asks to go visit Lori and her family. I was extremely saddened when she didn't have to go there anymore. You honestly will not find a better home daycare than this one. The prices can't be beat either."
"I have heard Lori tell stories of how she loves all the cute children she has in her daycare. She acts like each one of them is her own child. When a child is not felling well or is sick, Lori will express her concerns. She loves there smiles, and kisses. I have been shopping with her and I watched her select learning toys, books and games for the kids in her daycare. I have chosen some and handed them to her to purchase and she won't by them. Her statement was. I don't think that they would All like something like that. She has also bought gifts on Holidays for the children to give to their parents. Yes, I will rate her a high five anytime."
"Lori is an AMAZING provider, I have been going there for 3 years with my daughter. She has an EXCELLENT preschool program, loves kids and has special activities for birthdays and even holidays! (**Santa and the Easter Bunny come to visit!) I would recommend Kiddly Winks to any family in a heart beat. Lori has been attaining ongoing education to continue her "Parent Aware" Star Rating. My daughter starts kindergarten this year and thanks to Lori and her hands-on approach with preschool learning, my daughter is prepared for school."
