"They have an employee at Rodney Parham location showing up an hour or more late to every appointment that next door offices took pity on bode couture's client(s) and let them sit in their office while waiting for service provider to show up to provide treatment. Then, closed the location without informing clients until I, one of these clients, was ready to book another appointment saying they already closed down Rodney Parham location. They refused to refund unused services and even dare say argue that it was clients fault not booking all their appt before they closed down Rodney Parham location. Only thing, they are willing to do is if you go all the way Fort Smith to do rest of unused services."
