"Great selection, customer service, and customer loyalty program! Prices everywhere are slightly higher than anyone likes. It's no different at this location but loyalty points are easy to earn and use so that helps. It's been my experience that stores like these are at the top of their game when owners identify with or are members of the community served. That is not the case here but they are more than culturally competent. The staff does a really good job meeting the needs of a diverse complement of customers. And I don't remember any specific time when I couldn't find what I needed among the stocked products."

"DO NOT SHOP HERE !! First let’s just go over the fact that they don’t do refunds, that’s the biggest red flag there. Two, they charged my card twice for a purchase I made the day before. I went to request a refund and got the run around. Still never received a refund. Plus, their customer service is TRASH. And their products are VERY over priced. I highly recommend the Discount Beauty on down Roosevelt. They are family owned, very friendly, and have great customer service. They even give out the best discounts even if it’s your first time."
