"We waited for a long time to get my daughters ears pierced. And the lady let someone else in front of us but we still waited. We ended up needed 2 people to peirce her ears at the same time. I didn't realize it until a couple days later that one of her ears wasn't even pierced thru the lobe it went thru the back of her ear. Posted photos for reference. I thought her ear was just swollen but when she kept saying it was bothering her I was just gunna switch the backs to the rubber ones so it wasn't bothering her. When I got the back off the whole earring sucked into her ear and I could see that it wasn't pierced properly and instantly felt bad because she kept telling me it hurt but I just thought it was because it was fresh. They offered to redo it within so many days of it being done but I'm not sure I wanna take her back there."
