"Terrible experiences with this place. If you have a lot of questions - they get upset and try to get you off the phone, if you try explaining a situation - they get upset at you and don't want to hear it, my case worker for my medical is rarely in - will leave multiple voicemails and I never get a call back (called over 10 times till I was able to get her on the phone - wasn't even on vacation or anything). Will not lie, there are a few diamonds in the ruff here and they are amazing and understanding, but the other staff need to be looked into."

"Interesting how my child support garnishments including withholding for arrears keeps ticking along, yet somehow my arrears balance keeps ticking up. Oversight needed here because nepotistic old-boys club stuff still occurs here."

"Very abusive staff in child protective services. Biases and un fare treatment. Mitigating wasn't in our case . It was a money profit thing for them and Biases. Please someone needs to investigate the entire placement costs child supports paid by whom 9 years restricted contact and deemed to whom . Look at former history Look at all sides paid medical responsibilities admit deny hearing held in Wadena County. Child supports arrears and who had 6 kids resided where denied services . So much ."
