"Worst business anywhere! Paid them $3800 to fix a problem on my rig. After driving it only 200 miles, it quit again with the same problem. Had it towed back to them, but they won't fix it. Said they will sell me the parts for $3500 (same ones they just replaced) & I will have to tow it somewhere else to have the work done. Unbelievable!!"
"Repeated frustration with this place. I used to buy transynd from them and they were always condescending at their parts desk. Today I ask to bring them a TCM to be programmed and they want to charge me 2 hours labor plus a programming fee for a total of $505. This is a 30 minute job. The local Chevrolet dealer only charges $150. They are taking advantage of people with rvs and semis who have no where else to go."
"Full-time RVer here. Had an alternator/voltage issue on the road and called no fewer than 5 places to even a get someone to look at it. Finally referred to United Engines who troubleshot the problem in 5 minutes - bad alternator. IN STOCK! This review is because they were willing to help us out and got it looked at fast when others wouldn’t. Thanks to Nate, Michael, and Mark for the assist and being friendly when plenty of shops typically aren’t! You guys rock big in Little Rock!"
"Spent a week getting repairs. Well it was done when they FINALLY promised. I never got an estimate. I had to keep asking for one. I was charged for labor $3080. That was just the labor for putting in a rear end. Now I have had 3 put in and the first 2 combined did not add up to $8500 I was charged. I only went here due to break down was 3 and a half miles away. Now there was a road call and an air bag and hydraulic line replaced but that's it. My mechanic tells me I was over charged. 6 hours for a rear end book time and 10 hours if they break down the hubs and inspect the bearings however they did not do that. Their hourly rate must be over $200 an hour road call I called at 5:44pm and was in their parking lot by 8:30pm but I'm sure must of got charged for over 4 hours however my bill is attached and no break down other than $3080 for labor which is more than the rear end itself cost."
