"I very seldom post reviews, but I could not let this slide. Fast oil change, yes, but was and will be my first and last visit. Poor customer service. They were more concerned about the game I guess. I kinda felt unwelcomed and somehow I disturbing them. Yes, I asked about promotions, discounts and coupons (always have and will continue to do so). I know the oil change for my vehicle runs between $40-$70 so I was prepared for the upper end. Did the completed everything as indicated on my paperwork? Nope. I appreciate the quick service, but you should never compromise your customer service."
