Reviews of Fraser Limited
"These people bring the kids to the pool sometimes and every time I’ve seen them there they’re always yelling at the kids. One time, this one kid with a disability was being yelled at and the person with them was getting in their face, just physically intimidating them against the fence and trying to grab them to get them to sit down. Another time, they yelled at the kids to get out of the pool and go over to the park instead because they were “done with them.”"
"My son is so happy at Fraser! For the first time in a long time he is happy in the morning to leave the house. The patience and kindness that each staff member has does not go unnoticed!"
"A whole lot of reviewers here are being really unfair and hard on this place. Fraser serves HOMELESS YOUTH. Yes – a lot of these youth are addicted. Does that mean they should just be thrown out on the street? They are still people. They deserve a place to stay. As for the staff, they have gotten better at hiring, over time. All the staff currently employed that I've met do their part and earn their positions. One staff saved multiple people's lives, during an incident where a youth brought a weapon! They CARE. That is something not a lot of people could do, in this line of work. Yes, it was a bad situation when the youth center was in the building connected to the childcare center; but that was a temporary situation, due to their usual location having to be torn down for unrelated reasons, and the org didn't have anywhere else to put them. The youth center has since been moved back up to central Fargo, away from the childcare. That is not an issue anymore. Fraser isn't perfect; I'd give them 4 stars if I were reviewing in a vacuum. But given all the unfair 1 star reviews, I give 5 to balance them out. Peace."
"I called on 1-02-2020, The person answering the phone was so, so, rude. Hanging the phone up she almost bust my eardrums. Would u believe it!! I told her who I was, my Organization name and she set silently on the phone. She hang the phone again. I called back the third time ask if she could tell me about the work at Fraser. No! In a real loudspeakers sounding Voice. I would be afraid to send my Child or my self to any services that’s available. Wow,Wow, WOW"
"I would highly advise not to use them for payee services. My benefits for EBT and Medicare expired because my review that got faxed over was misplaced. I called them explaining how I'm on my last day of food and rather than helping me they want to have a discussion about who's paying for my bus passes to get my needs met. I will be reporting that my needs are not being met! Thanks!"
