"My husband and I came to get matching tattoos and initially received impeccable customer service from Easy who checked us in. Another guy did our tattoo and we noticed there was a very slight difference between our tattoos. He refused to fix it then told us to return in 30 days even after I explained to him that we don’t live in Arkansas and we can’t come back in 30 days. I explained the situation to Easy and he was more than willing to fix the minor discrepancy. He was understanding and patient. Excellent customer service which we greatly appreciated. "Can confirm Kai Gilbreath's review is 100% accurate. I was in line ahead of him, his name was right below mine with the exception of one of our friends who had just given up on waiting, The couple the owner mentioned came in around the same time, but they weren't on the list between Kai and I, and all the names before ours had already been marked through. Also I was misgendered repeatedly during the time I was there. If a picture of the list can be provided (which is doubtful considering the owner crumpled it up and threw it over his shoulder after he crossed out Kai's name) it would be greatly appreciated. There were inconsistencies (lines that don't connect, etc) in my spiderweb tattoos and the artist was very rough *sigh* but what can you expect for $20"
