"My therapist was a male he completely changed my life. We spent 7 months together doing EMDR and 1 month remotely when I moved to help me transition into my new city. My life was impacted forever. The staff there is also very compassionate and patient to work with."
"*This review has nothing to do with my provider, and strictly concerns the office staff* I was waiting for my appointment this afternoon and heard the female receptionist and a male employee discussing the negative Google review below concerning a provider talking about their client at the front desk. The female receptionist showed absolutely no concern for the review given and made the comment “don’t eavesdrop”, the male employee agreed with her. Although I understand “eavesdropping” is rude, the waiting room is extremely quiet and when there are no other sounds around, it’s difficult NOT to overhear what is being said around you. In a mental health clinic, there shouldn’t be anything to eavesdrop about. I’m truly disappointed in the way the staff handled their negative review, and it’s alarming as a patient to know that my private discussions could be had out in the open with no care at all from the front desk staff. Their response to the review conflicts the conversation I heard today."
"I half to start out saying the person my kid visits with is great... That being said, as me and my child were waiting in the lobby for his appt. Another councler came out to talk with the receptionist, he explained to her that his clients were handling things inappropriately with their kids, and said he would keep her updated!!! These meetings are supposed to be confidential.. if there is a problem it's no concern of the receptionist."
"Everyone is so compassionate and lovely to work with. Everyone is so friendly when you come in. And since opening back up from covid, They keep it very clean. Mask and sanitizing is required to enter which makes us feel safer. And I love that the door is locked and you're only allowed in when you call in to let them know you're there for your appointment."
