"Should probably be 1 Star but the store was in good shape. The rest of this review is entirely based on the exchange experience, not return... exchange of same item for different sized same item. Tried to exchange a jacket today for a different size. I bought it online and my sister-in-law needed a small not a medium. No big deal right? I went in, grabbed the correct one, and proceeded to the return counter. Guy running the counter says they are the same price so we have to do a return and purchase instead of a simple exchange. Okay, no big deal right? He returns the jacket, says $23.99 goes back on my card. Rings up the small sized one and says, that will be $33. I am now confused, I tell him that is not the same price, he says there was a coupon on the first purchase, I say it is an exchange, he says *shrug*, I say the coupon would still apply to the exchange since it is the exact same item, he says *shrug* Eff it, I pay the extra $9 for the right size to make my SIL happy but Kohl's... eff you. This is an even exchange, there is no reason whatsoever that I should pay an extra $9 for a size exchange. I get it, people are burnt out from the holiday craziness, I am too, but that is no excuse. I drove an hour, recovering from surgery, to exchange a gift I gave. I had absolutely awful pain and was in no mood to pull the "get a manager" card. I have worked in retail for years and I am extremely disappointed. I don't often write negative reviews but this absolutely deserved it."

"I recently purchased a set of dishes for a Christmas present from Kohl's in Bloomington. Aside from the great price, their sales associate Alicia went above and beyond to give me a great customer experience. The box was VERY heavy and she graciously volunteered to carry it to my car, which was a fair distance from the store entrance. What great customer service!!! Thank you Alicia."

"Very easy to find. Has a lot to offer. Updated with a Saphora inside although the sign isn't updated like other locations. 2 floors. The parking lot is a bit of a maze. Didn't see a lot of staff available to answer questions. Renovations were great while keeping the feel of tradional Kohls prevalent. Surrounded by great places to eat. Recommend a visit."

"I have no complaints about this store except that, as with all department stores I think, it can be difficult to find an employee to ask for help. The store is very clean. The cashiers are friendly and knowledgeable. You can likely get everything you need here. They have a lot of sales, like clearance and percent off. They also have "Kohl's cash". With all the opportunities to save money, I rarely pay full price for anything. Their return policy is a generous 90 days. I recommend this store."
