"I am a long time customer and have been 100% happy with my purchases up to this point. I am currently sleeping on my second king orthopedic pillow top mattress. I love it and just purchased a 3rd. The recent purchase of the supposed same mattress has been nothing but painful. The mattress is levels softer than the previous mattress of the exact same model. I know because I test them side by side and one I love and one gives me a sore back. This business does not offer any trial nor can you return the mattress so here we are stuck with a $1000 mattress that is not like the others I have purchased. They did offer to have us bring in our mattress so they can deconstruct it and then they can deliver it back to us. (2-3 days without our mattress). What is the point of that? How would I know what I’m looking at? I offered to bring both mattresses in so the could compare them but they said they would not entertain that. So after 5 mattresses from the same company, I will no longer do business with this local vendor. There is clearly a trend here, given the reviews. It is clear they have significant quality control issues and it will be hit or miss on wether you get the mattress you want. There are way to many options out there to take a chance with this company. In summary, poor product control, poor customer service and an outdated business model. Buyer beware!"

"I prefer to buy local. I shopped at the Fridley location, first thing I appreciated, the sales person asked me questions to determine the right mattress for my need. I purchased for the guest room, Classic Luxury set, medium firm. I've already had guests, they slept great, so I had to try and will be replacing my old mattress set. I shopped around first, they really do keep prices lower because they make them here in MN, a great product with a nice warranty. Highly recommend."

"Purchased a 2 sided queen mattress, Europa, and box spring. Sales person showed us mattresses of type we were interested in and then let us lie on the mattresses to compare comfort and support. He was available to answer questions. When we made our decision, he showed us the internal components of the mattress. The warranty, satisfaction policy, etc. were thoroughly discussed. There was no sales pressure- very comfortable and low key."

"I walked in to purchase a twin size mattress for my daughter. My budget was around $250. The most expensive one was considerably less and is double sided. Excellent quality and I will purchase from there again. The service was great too. Pete was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He helped me carry the mattress out and we were on our way. Then I got a handwritten note a few days later wishing my daughter “many nights of restful sleep”. I’m writing this review because of the handwritten note. It’s an old school move that is highly underrated these days. It’s hanging on my refrigerator. Overall great experience!"

"Great beds, but varieties are limited. For price wise they’re quite expensive, I felt anything under $600 is not with buying. Bought a 1k mattress only to find out Furniture mart has a similar type of mattress for $500, so I bought that one for my parent. They both look different, but fell the same. Look around before you buy because you can’t return, only exchange with 10% less of the value you bought it for. Overall I do like the mattress I bought and it does seem like till last longer then the cheaper one."
