"Love the gym, I'm there 5-6 days a week. New sauna is great!! Would love it a little warmer. The new rearranging of the equipment thru me for a loop. You're staring at others butts when working on a few of them. Lol. I was just at a TX location on vacation and Blaine blew that one away!"

"Been working out here for the last few months. I go in the mornings and it’s not too busy. Good selection of machines and free weights. Lexi does a great HIIT class on Friday mornings. It’s a great way to end out the week. As of 01/07/2024, their entry level monthly plans are reasonable and very competitive to comparable gyms such as planet fitness. Yes, there are more premium plans available but they are still cheaper than other gyms and you still get a good selection of weights and equipment. With premium plans you get classes, swimming pool, hydro massage and more. TL;DR - it’s pretty darn good"

"I have been going to crunch for about a year or so and I like it a lot. Any the Zumba instructor is amazing I left another gym to follow her. I really like the HIIT classes Austin is amazing! I have a bad shoulder and can’t do everything due to it but he always finds a way to change things for me to incorporate them into the class! I wish my schedule would line up more so I can take the classes more. Thank you for being a gym where anyone can be there and not be judged!"

"Came in to find out about membership. Nice staff, easy tour. No pressure, took about 10 minutes. Lots of floor equipment. Clean locker room. Pool was good temp for lap swimming. 3day free trial after tour. Seems like a very good value. Went in for free fitness evaluation after joining. They show you how to use the equipment No pressure, good information and screening tools. You can use what they tell you or just do your own thing or upgrade. Very helpful if you are just getting started. Bianca the personal trainer who helped me was kind and generous with her time."

"I've been going to this gym for about a year and a half. I love going to the classes. The instructors are great. However, the place could be cleaner. The floors in all areas of the gym are frequently dirty. The spin class bikes sometimes don't have working screens. During the summer the class rooms were ridiculously hot. All of that said, it is a great value. I go to tons of the classes so it is well worth my money."
