"BEWARE I uploaded a picture of a homeless man taking his pants off in front of the windows of the toddler room at the daycare. I showed the staff and they did not respond. There are homeless people living in and around the lot in tents. Today I called the police because a man was carrying a large knife in the daycare. The staff did not ban the man from coming back, the just asked him to leave. 5/29/23 Update There are homeless people living on the street at the daycare now. They have been living in a spray painted camper trailer (see picture) for a few weeks as of today."

"I was hesitant to send my son to daycare when he was a year old but I got pregnant again and was going to need to work to support my family, I toured one daycare before this new horizon and still felt uneasy about putting him in. I went to new horizon on York for the tour and left knowing I was putting him in this center. The staff care for him like their own , now when he walks into daycare and actually closes the door on me and his dad to leave. My 3 month old also is attending now and I have had no concerns yet ! We pick them both up with clean diapers and smiles on their faces. Can’t wait to watch how they grow with this center. !"

"My granddaughter attended this center for about two weeks until we pulled her. Rude staff during the morning hand-off is unacceptable. We called and spoke to the director of this location who did apologize, but this did not stop the rudeness. Additionally, leaving a child under 20 months to sit alone in the sun baking is never good, which is what happened twice with my grandbaby. Finally, my grandbaby was bitten in the face and or forehead by another child. When picking her up, her face/forehead and hair was wet with the other child's saliva. During the pick up they did not even offer an explanation until we said, excuse me what happened here? We should have been able to exam the video of the incident. So that we could see just how long the children were unattended. Great company doing great things, but this location needs a staff overhaul or training."

"I love this center! The teachers and staff are amazing. I would highly recommend anyone lookong for daycare to come to this center. My son's love their teachers, and their happy there. Thanks new horizons!!"
