"I entered the urgent care at 7:30. They said they closed at 8. There was not a single soul in the waiting 6 they told me that they were full to capacity and couldn't see me. It is a bunch of b.S!!! I give them a 0. You should be able to walk in until one minute to 8 and be able to be seen!!!"

"Come here due to the fact they have imaging and the Provider I believe was Nicole comes in and the first thing she says is "I see you go to a pain Dr and you just seen one". Yes, yes I did, BUT thats for a failed shoulder replacement. I have a fusion in my neck and haven't been able to turn my head in 3 days and leave here with no help. Thanks for no help, it was much appreciated, smh. Edit to add: they don't mention is your discharge paperwork how a patient walks out in tears and in pain being told they can't help you and to go somewhere you already have an appointment for. They just like to put their findings in your report and make them look good. I am a medical assistant myself and the way I was talked to UNTIL I said what she had made a comment about had nothing to do with why I was there. I had a shoulder replacement 2 years ago by a negligent dr and was questioned about that along with my fusion in my neck like I was there for attention. I honestly think providers should have to have gone through a major surgery to be able to comment on anything like that and to try to tell a patient how much pain they are in is ridiculous. They dont know how a person feels and yet they group everyone together. Won't be back. You guys need some compassion"

"Jolene Nelson did not care for me as I started to have a miscarriage. I told her that I was bleeding and having cramps. She only touched my back and atomic to see if I had pain. I had to tell her if I needed to get an ultrasound and she said “oh do you want one, we can try to give it to you.” I had to go to another location for the ultrasound and she called to tell me the results. She said she didn’t know if I’m miscarrying or not but I should see an obstetrician. She didn’t give me any guidance on what to do when I got home or for the time until I would get an appointment with my obstetrician."

"This urgent care does not CARE about people. I showed up at 7:39 got in the door at 7:40 latest, there were only 2 people in the waiting room, but I was told they stop taking patients at 7:40 and I should just "go to an emergency room" so if I was there 30 seconds earlier they would have seem me? And by who's clock, because theirs was running 3 minutes fast. On top of that their website indicated they were still taking patients until 8. I het it you guys are only there to push a clock and don't care about the sick and wounded. Just another example of many people's lack luster approach in 2023. Even though this is by far the most convenient urgent care, I will never set foot in it again."

"It's clean, fast, polite enough. The best case scenario for American healthcare. Bonus there are turtles in the lobby."
