"We’ve overall had a great experience at Tierra Encantada for the last year and a half. We’ve seen a lot of staff turnover with small communication about it but it may be due to it being a newer location and has seemed to be resolved. The teachers there are amazing and have such great attention to detail when caring for her. The transition into daycare was very helpful when we first started because the infant room teachers treated as their own."

"Tierra Encantada - Dodd has been a wonderful experience for our family. Our daughter has been attending for 8 months (she is 11 months now). The infant staff made it so easy for us to transition to daycare and help us as first time parents. I know the staff really care for our daughter, not just the teachers that work in her room, but all the staff because everyone knows her by name. The newsletter communication is very helpful for special events (water days, picture days, pajama days, and updates). The food that is served is so good and similar to what we make at home. The daily communication is helpful, especially when our daughter is sick or not feeling well. The take home crafts are so thoughtful and memorable! The pumpkin decorating contest was so fun this fall! The parking lot and sidewalk is always clear and the spaces are ALWAYS clean! We feel so fortunate to be a part of this community and center!"
