"The Sanrio selection was to die for!! It was massive, and even though the prices are a bit high, the quality of the products are absolutely worth it. The staff are so kind and helpful and the atmosphere is fun and happy."

"Went to shop here Wednesday evening with my husband (who’s in a wheelchair) and we were both disappointed by how crowded the shelving is. Made it so incredibly difficult to maneuver around and shop that we gave up before we even made it halfway into the store. Yeah, I could’ve asked the staff to help, but we shouldn’t have to. Do better corporate."

"I love how box lunch products look but I've never been able to afford anything from there. My husband bought me a totoro bag that I really loved one day while we were at the mall. It was $90. I've only been able to use it for 4 days since I purchased it over the summer. Within 2 days of purchasing the screws that hold the clutch to the main purse broke. So I messaged customer service asking about the screws. The service was outsourced to hot topic and they told me to return it to hot topic. Its been a few months I can't return it. So I looked for screws that fit. FINALLY I could use my beautiful bag. 2 days into wearing it the clasp for the shoulder strap broke. So I unfortunately will not be buying from box lunch anymore. The people that work in this store were super nice though!"

"A lot of anime and animated merchandise to choose from. A lot of shirts, sweaters, back packs, toys and much more. The store is quite spacious and was very well cleaned and organized. It was easy to find what you wanted. The employees are nice. The aisles are well spaced as well. We didn't have issues walking through but if you do have a stroller, it will be pretty tight. Again, there are a lot of merchandise from anime, cartoons, Disney, animated shows and popular shows. I would definitely recommend coming here if you're into anime or Disney to find the most updated merch. Overall, a great experience."

"I throughly enjoy this store. They offer so many niche items from many different brands. Backpacks, notebooks, key chains, it’s not your typical merch/t-shirt/hoodie store. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I return here frequently."
