"Overall I love Kayla and Jhessica they are like family to us. I feel like they are a great fit for this center to be successful. I would say lets get some strong teachers in the class rooms. I feel that the kids and other staff would be more successful if they had strong teachers in the PRE-K classes."
"Hopkins KinderCare have THE BEST personnel hands down! I am so attached to my kiddos and leaving to go to work is is always sad but my heart is at peace when I leave them with KinderCare. I know they are in good hands of caring, loving, responsible, kind and the list goes on for such great people. The Director Kayla and assistant director Jhessica and each one of the teachers have been so nice and caring with us is pleasure to greet them all with such positive attitude. They go above and beyond to take care of the kiddos. They do fun activities and games for them my daughter And my little boy enjoy so much! I’m so blessed I found the perfect place for my kids. They have great guidance in their prime learning. Thank you for such amazing stuff I appreciate you all and all you do."
"I love this center for my daughter! They treat her as they would one of their own. She loves the staff there and the staff loves her right back. They keep you updated with everyday activities, meals and even diaper changes! I wouldn’t want my daughter going to any other daycare center but this one! They greet us with pure happiness and joy. Very good at communicating and I get an answer anytime I call with a question. One of the best center I have had my child attend! Thanks for loving my daughter and making her feel comfortable! I have no worries EVER after dropping my daughter off!"
"Gave this place a second chance. They changed management so I thought things would be better after having a mentally challenged kid out of the complex unsupervised and went missing for a bit where an investigation occurred shortly after. For 6 months I have had to go and pick my kids up early because their staff refused to work and were short staffed. Food was terrible and I cannot express how Kayla was just under qualified and not prepared to manage this location. I am with the other people here. If I could give a zero star review I would. Look this place up in the child care services records through mn. It has a bunch of investigations. Pitiful. They should close this location. The place I have my kids now in do three field trips a week, have ipad stations and a kid to teacher ratio that is more than acceptable. All my kid has been doing is going to splash pads, movie theaters, obstacle courses etc all included. Lololol kindercare even had a sewage leak from the apartments above with God knows what kind of diseases leaked through the ceiling. They didn't even have a professional crew come by and clean it up. Hahaha close your doors. Oh and when I needed to pick my kids up I got a call with someone who could barely speak English. I had to ask like four times if I needed to pick my kids up and when I brought this to Kayla attention she abruptly called my spouse and called me racist and accused me of swearing in front of other children hahahahaha. Close your doors. Rethink your business structure. You do not deserve to call yourself a daycare."
"I had recently had a run in at a different Kindercare location and I remember calling the Hopkins location a total mess because I feel like we had no other options for daycare for my son. He’s a handful and was acting out at the other location and needless to say, it wasn’t a good fit for anyone. I called Hopkins and felt a connection from the very beginning. Veronica and Tonisha did everything they could to get my son into a different location and listened to me in my time of need. We have been there since December and my son is a completely different kid. He’s happy, he plays, communicates and doesn’t act out nearly as much. (He’s 3, we give him some grace) He/we could not be happier with this location. We love the staff, everyone makes us feel welcome and my son is thriving."
