"This people need serious help at their site I have been calling and leaving a message with my name and number for over four months now cuz I want to stop my membership with them they do not want to pick my calls or return my calls I have never used to fitness due to my medical condition right now I can no go to the gym but since they know I want to stop it they never pick or return any of my calls and keep trying to steal money from me I have to change back information because of them and yet they keep sending me emails that I have pay. So they can send me emails all the time but can not answer or return any of my calls go to ANYTIME Fitness at your own risk ⚠️"

"Excellent. This location is 30 minutes away from me, but I dropped in for a workout while my kids were at a birthday party nearby. I wasn’t sure what to expect based on the reviews I’d read about other Maple Grove locations, but this facility was clean and, more importantly, welcoming. I used the free weight and functional fitness areas. Both were fantastic—large, bright spaces with high ceilings. I wish this gym were closer to my house, would definitely return and recommend!"

"I’m not one to give negative reviews, but what came from this short membership (2 months) has negatively impacted me for the last two years. I canceled my membership after feeling the gym wasn’t fit for my lifestyle at the time. I went through all the right steps to deactivate. Now, after noticing I had a $255 fee sent to collections I’ve tried 5 times to contact the management to mitigate this problem. They won’t return my calls or attempts to resolve this inaccurate collection claim. If you’re looking for a gym, I would look elsewhere. I truly wish I hadn’t ever considered making this membership. Normally I would just pay this fee to get it off my credit, and I may have to do that. Just wanted to give a warning to anyone considering this gym as an option."
