"My husband asked that I share this review about the service he had here today. “This is the worst haircut and experience of my life. Angelina or Angelica I think was the persons name who did my haircut. She immediately gave a deep sigh and told me to sit down. I knew she didn’t want to do my hair. She then looked at my hair in disgust and asked when the last time was that I had a haircut. I was so taken aback that I didn’t know what to say, I said I don’t know. She then started cutting my hair. No small talk, she was very apparently frustrated that she had to cut my hair. She immediately made a comment about how I was sweaty. I was sweating because she was making me uncomfortable. She then asked if I was hot, I said yes it’s warm in here, and she proceeded to use the hot hair dryer on me when it was unnecessary. My hair was long and her cheap trimmers kept getting hair in them. She would stop and deep sigh and then make me feel bad because my hair was “too long and getting stuck in her trimmers”. Like, I thought this was a place to have my hair cut? I didn’t know I was going to be shamed because I let my hair grow out an inch longer than normal? I am not a gross person, I have good hygiene and my hair is not gross. She made me feel more uncomfortable and did a really patchy job. There are uneven and patchy spots everywhere. Lots of long hairs sticking up when I left. I was so uncomfortable I didn’t even want to say anything for fear she was going to say something mean to me. I will make sure to never get my hair cut by her again. Beware.”"
"I get a haircut about once a year, but when I do, I always come here and always get the MVP treatment. I always leave satisfied every time I get a haircut here, no matter who does my hair cut. I was here last time I got my haircut, and I'll be the next time I get my haircut."
"Still love what the stylist do here, they are great but the new online check-in is awful. Doesn't let you know if your checked in or give updates as before."
"Came in yesterday for an online scheduled appointment. 5 employees sitting at desk talking. One employee angrily harassing some child that was getting a haircut over them needing to stop moving or they’ll get hair in their eyes. Like I don’t even have kids but it was so weirdly aggressive that even I paused. Before I can finish saying “hello!” the older receptionist motions at the computer and grunts at me, “sign in”. I go through the motions and it obviously tells me that I am already checked in and have an appointment as I had scheduled online and had been receiving texts from the store to come in. I explain to the woman that I have an appointment already and she with a very frustrated demeanor tells me “no you don’t have an appointment or you would be on the board”. I sign in again and it tells me the same - I have an appointment and am checked in. I tell her this and she straight up tells me I’m wrong, loudly sighs, and gets up to look at the kiosk that tells her the same thing. She then condescendingly asks if I filled out online (obviously I did) and then says, “fine! I’ll schedule your appointment for you” and tries to push me aside. At which point I told her I’ll just go somewhere else. In the past I’ve had good experience with Sports Clips despite their kind of low collar reputation but going in there when that old lady was working was a legitimately terrible experience. Lady is just a through and through rude, unpleasant person. Save yourself the headache and just get your haircut elsewhere. It’ll be faster, probably better, and most certainly won’t come with the rudeness that comes from employees hating their job."
"Always a great experience here! They were very busy and doing some training, but my stylist today, Erika, did a great job and was very personable."
