"We were recommended so we scheduled an appointment for our daughter to get her wisdom teeth out Wednesday March 22nd 2023, we live 2 hours away so we stayed in our condo in hot springs, Saturday the left bottom was extremely swollen and hurting her, so I go to get the antibiotic and noticed it’s zpack, she is allergic to zpack so I called to see if he would call her in a different antibiotic, he didn’t call us back he had answering service call us back to tell us “NO” he will not call her in anything else, we were told he was at a conference, he states we waited this long to start antibiotic, well he didn’t tell us when to start the antibiotic, and he is the on call dr over this weekend. I am very disappointed, he seemed to not care , I will not recommend him to anyone. We will be going in to see our dentist Monday in our home town."

"I had to have a complicated impacted wisdom tooth removed. First off the front desk were so friendly. The office is simply beautiful. Once I got in the chair , the nurses to finance were very caring and thoughtful and exceptionally friendly. I was nervous and they put me at ease. Dr. Praetzel came in and explained the ends and outs of surgery. After the procedure I went home with some discomfort but not as much as I expected. The next day some swelling and very minor discomfort. I really would recommend highly Dr. Praetzel and his staff. I will let all my friends and relatives needing oral surgery to go to Dr. Praetzel. I would say they are 10 plus. Very very pleased."
