"Administration will walk all over you, whether you’re an employee or a parent. Please know that this has nothing to do with the staff that work there, but the bosses. Specifically the assistant director and the NEWEST current director. I’ve been screamed at by the AD multiple times at this location. I’ve been told to not ask questions about certain things or my job would be in jeopardy by the AD multiple times. The director will feel free to bring in her kids who are sick, but will ask us why our babies are getting sick. Working at a different school now, has me questioning how YBR run all their schools. I would go on, but I don’t want to bore you. There are multiple other daycares and schools that will treat you and your children with respect, please don’t make the mistake of coming here. They have a lot of director and staff turnover for a reason!! - infant co lead teacher!"

"I really appreciate the staff that works at Yellow Brick Road. They seem to care so much about our children and want to help them. Our oldest son has had a lot of behavioral challenges, and Yellow Brick Road did their best to help him in every way they could before he went off to kindergarten. Our soon to be 3yo still goes here, and we're really happy with his teachers also."

"Can't say enough good things about YBR. Our son was in the infant room and his face lit up everyday we arrived. The staff were amazing, so caring and attentive to the kids. If we had any issues, they were quick to address and take care of. Loved all the updates and pics on the app. Kelsey does an incredible job with the place. We would still be attending if we didn't move from the area."

"We had an amazing experience here! Our son was in the infant room and omg he had the BEST teachers (Ms Ray, Mary, Ruth were all so so great to him). Kelsey, the director is the sweetest, knows everyone and the kids adore her. I was a little skeptical after reading reviews but I am really glad we ended up coming here! They communicate really well and we had zero issues!"

"Update to my original rating from 5 to 3 stars. This center has gone downhill over the last year and a half due to really good people leaving and not having enough help. The communication with parents is now very poor. We have decided to moved to a new center. ————- We LOVE Yellow Brick road EP. We are so happy they decided to open when they did! We did not have to search far and wide because as soon as we visited, it was a no brainer. Our daughter has been attending for over a year now starting at 4 months. She recently graduated from the infant room to the wobbler room and loves all of the new experiences with the same friends that are growing with her. Its so rewarding as a parent to take a quick break and check out the app where teachers send photos of them playing and learning along with any other updates throughout the day. All of the teachers are fantastic, but special shout out to everyone in the infant and wobbler rooms! We love knowing that all the teachers make this feel like a second home because it truly is. Thank you for all you have done and continue to do!"
