"Our kids were at the daycare center for years. It definitely is a cheaper center in the twin cities area and you get what you pay for here. It always smells of dirty diapers, staff aren’t trained well and are overworked/underpaid, the assistant director and the Senior Director of Licensing and Operations are both unorganized and will never actually get things done. Kids Grow is always out of ratio, has terrible communication, and this place flat out lacks care. My 18 month old and 3.5 year old were not given lunch today because when we dropped her off at 11:34 and told the staff she hadn’t eaten yet so she will need to (mind you, their lunch time is 11:30) and then we get home after school at 5:30 and my 3.5 year old is telling me she’s hungry and that nobody gave her lunch. I messaged the center to ask and they said that they were just cleaning up from lunch and that it was over so they didn’t offer lunch to her. So, both of my daughters went from 8 am until 5:30 pm without having an actual meal (and nobody told me they wouldn’t give her lunch after I told them that they still needed to eat lunch when I dropped them off). 911 was also called on our other daughter as she fell face first onto a laminate floor because she wasn’t being watched (mind you, 3 incident reports happened that week with her as well) and multiple times went hours without a diaper change. Stay far away from this place if you don’t want your children neglected. *Edit: we did fully appreciate our 3 years at kids grow but the recent year and a half have been a constant struggle for the Faithbrook location and have noticed things going downhill. A result of this location going downhill is that our children were not being fed and I would hate this to happen to another family. On this note, I do find it interesting that I received a prompt response to my review, yet no follow-up on the email that was sent prior to the review being posted."
"Great place, love it. I’ve now attended 2 of their centers and both centers are great!"
"Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with the management at the Kids Grow Faithbrook location. We had signed our infant up for daycare last year and had been paying $100/month to save her spot. They told us on many occasions that they were also saving a spot for our toddler. After reaching out to the director many times regarding paperwork for our toddler (with little response back), she finally reached back out to us A WEEK BEFORE we were supposed to start to let us know they didn't have room for our toddler. Of course we aren't bringing our children to two separate daycares. Since it was their mistake, you'd think they would have the curtesy to refund at least a portion of our money or even just call and apologize for their mistake after very poor communication and leaving us scrambling for daycare last minute. I never write reviews but I can confidently say I wouldn't recommend this place. Lack of communication, responsiveness and professionalism speaks to the character of their business. If you do sign up two or more children here, be sure you insist on completing all paperwork for all children right off the bat. Don't trust their word that they are "holding a spot" for the older child(ren) while you pay them $100 per month to hold the infant spot. You may lose your money to them in the end."
"We weren't looking forward to taking our first child to daycare, but Kids Grow made the transition easy. I can tell she enjoys her time there each afternoon I go to pick her up."
"We have absolutely loved Faithbrook. Our girls have been in all 3 rooms, and they just love when we turn in to the "faithbrook neighborhood"! The small classroom sizes are perfect, and everyone knows each other. We were truly blessed to find Faithbrook right when it opened, and are so appreciative for the loving caring staff that watches our kids every day!"
