"I like the stylist here but I'm not sure why they offer online check-in. I scheduled an appointment with a specific stylist and arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. I got the text that said my stylist would be ready in 10 minutes and the wait list on the wall said the same thing. When the time came she called back another person that was listed as first available on the wait list. And my time was bumped up 20 minutes on the board. Why offer online check-in if you aren't going to keep the appointment."
