"Placed an order and they didn't fulfill. I guess it's my fault for not calling to check if the order I placed was in on the day they said it will be in. Decided accidents happen and got whatever they had of my order and placed another order for the rest. Called on the day they said it would be in. Didn't have it, said it would be in later that day. Had work and decided to go 2 days later to find out they didn't have it. Tldr: They claim they are able to take special orders but clearly they are incompetent."
