"Terrible customer service! My Hustler mower was there under warranty for 4 months. I took it to Taylor Rentals in Sallisaw and it was fixed in 1 day. I was out several hundred dollars paying people to mow for me all summer and to top it off I would have saved around 600.00 on the initial purchase if I would have shopped around to begin with. I also lost almost a full mowing season of warranty on this mower and I don't even get an apology from these guys."

"Gray Brothers in Fort Smith gave me an estimate of $1,450, after they tore my tractor apart they said it would be $3,150. I asked why they didn't bore scope the transmission and tell me before they tore it down. I got an argument and called for the owner. I was told he was in a meeting and too busy to talk to me. I ask him to call me. That was two weeks ago, no return call. I won't do business with them again."
