"We had an exceptional experience during our recent ER visit, thanks to an attentive and informative nurse who never made us feel like an imposition, even amidst her busy schedule starting in the ER with Sarah Larson. Our positive encounter continued on the fourth floor with Mackenzie Severson, who went above and beyond to make my daughter comfortable while dealing with some immense pain. Mackenzie's dedication, accommodating schedule, and willingness to address our concerns ensured a perfect overall experience. Mackenzie cared for my daughter like she would want to be treated. She brought her simple items like a toothbrush which at the time felt like such a gift. Altru is fortunate to have such hardworking and caring individuals on their team. "This hospital is full of rude employees for absolutely no reason. They are so nasty to patients for no reason and they treat people like poop. It’s freakin weird how badly everyone here behaves. The patient representatives do not care. Desiree & Nicole are two of the most useless and worthless human beings the hospital could’ve ever employed. The CEO? What a laugh! Dude can’t even type coherently. Lazy, worthless, hateful, stupid hospital with zero credible or intelligent employees. I can understand now why they get sued repeatedly. Another thing that’s really weird is that I read the reviews before my appointment and I just blew them off like an idiot. I really should’ve taken caution considering the experiences that I have had here in the last two months. I’ve also noticed that there’s at least 10 negative reviews that have either been deleted by the authors, or that Altru has deleted themselves. Insane that they are allowed to stay open. To everyone reading this review, you need to start reporting the doctors to the ND board of medicine! Altru won’t do anything to their heinous employees (neither does NDBOM), but at least the NDBOM is legally required to keep every complaint filed against a doc on their license!"
