"my hairstylist was named Alisha. She was so rude to me right when I sat down she told me I had to pay $27 for a hair wash and a haircut. I politely told her that I only wanted a haircut which is $23. she told me that I was ruining her business and her score and I had to pay the $27 no matter what even if I didn’t get the wash. she’s been fired as an cosmetologist instructor at a beauty school and she was going on and on about how she knew everything. she has the hugest ego ever, and didn’t even cut my hair right. my experience was so bad that I don’t ever wanna get my haircut here. Alisha is the worst hairstylist i’ve ever been with."

"Downgrading because they raised the prices again but the quality hasn't gotten any better. Sometimes, it's gotten worse. It was less than $20.00 fairly recently. Now it's $23.00. They use water, cutters and a trimmer for my hair. What could justify an increase? Perhaps this a bad take on my part but I'm just sick of everyone raising prices and blaming inflation. At some point it's just about getting more money. Not saying that's the case here but it's highly suspicious. The downgrading of the review is warranted because the cuts just haven't been good."
