"First off, I can't believe people said staff here are snooty. I definitely don't agree and have been shopping here for 20+ years. (And believe me, I grew up around 'Karens'.) I've found staff here are kind, very helpful, and most are able to offer suggestions in nearly any area of which you may need assistance; wine, beer/IPAs/ales, liquor, etc. They also offer free wine tastings on certain days. Connie is THE BEST!! ❤️"

"Although I like that this place offers some better quality merchandise, the snootiness in here makes me keep away more often than not. The cashiers are mostly kind of rude and not very friendly. Almost to the point of gruff. The hot bar is ok, but not passed mediocre on flavor and definitely too pricey. For the most part cashiers should take a class in manners and politeness! The baggers are the nicest people in this store."

I know they have a new manager who goes above and beyond to answer all customer questions and to ensure they have a great experience. He also makes sure to carry the most popular products and supplements those with the best new products."
