"Started going here because they have a decent beer selection & rewards program. Today I was told that, if I don't specifically request to have my points added before they started ringing me up, I won't be given credit, and they won't add the points to my account. So instead of just automatically bringing it up when handed my ID/credit card like every other store (or even asking if I'm a member), they decided giving a customer the middle finger on a few points was more important than keeping their business. I thought about immediately asking to return the merchandise, but that would have made ME the jerk, so I just left with what will be my last purchase at this store."
