"Talk with one guy about renting a side by side for a job and he told me that he would check availability and call me back. He never called me back so I called again and talk to Jeff and someone else was on speaker and they kept telling me they were booked up so I ask when someone would be bringing one back and they said they were not sure. It sounded weird to me because I have rented tons of stuff before and had rented from them before also so after I kept asking they told me they did not want to rent to me and that they only wanted to rent them out to U of A and other big companies. So I called Riggs Cat and they set me up right away with no issues. I dont like being given the run around about things and ill never rent from them ever again because of it."
