"After being in Hot Springs for 3 weeks due to a family emergency, I was in desperate need of a stylist to do my hair for an upcoming trip that wasn’t going to make it back home(Atlanta) for . I searched for a stylist in the Little Rock area and found the hair bakerie. She had great reviews and her work looked great . I booked the appointment and immediately after the appointment I received a text asking for $65 deposit to secure my appointment. I sent the money right over with no hesitation. My appointment was scheduled for today at 1:00 pm. Today I received a text 20 minutes before my appointment saying my appointment time was pushed 50 minutes. Ok cool, I used that lil time to run some errands to grab some things my grandmother needed at the hospital. I arrived at exactly 1:50, walked in for my appointment and she said she needed a few more minutes. She asked me to wait in the car. Before I knew it an hour had passed . At this point I’m getting frustrated because I promised my grandmother I would be gone for a few hours and would return to the hospital before visiting hours was over today, so mom went to the door for an update and she told her 10 more minutes. 30 more minutes passed , so I went knocked on the door to ask for a refund so I could just head back to the hospital. She told be the deposit was non refundable and I couldn’t get it back even tho I had waited 2 hours past my appointment time . She explained she was finished with the person in front on me and was waiting on her payment and said she would still do my hair, so I got back in the car and waited some more . She still never called me back in for my appointment, so mom went back to the door and she said I’m still waiting on this clients payment. My mom said she was calling the police, she replied do what you got to do and closed and locked the door. I just pulled off after that , I wouldn’t dare let someone this unprofessional in my head. I wouldn’t her recommend to anyone. Most unprofessional stylist I ever encountered."
