"Writing negative reviews is not my cup of tea but I was really upset with this experience. Jackie was my hairstylist at this salon , based on the good reviews here and some prior experience at the salon I decided to go here on my birthday for a hair color . I had told Jackie prior to the treatment that I had henna in my hair 6 months ago , I sent her a picture of how I wanted my hair , it was nothing dramatic , she said she does this all the time and she knows exactly what I want , she did not look at the picture when we met and was very confident that she knows what I want ,long story short I did not like what she did as the color was not light enough and had covered very few strands ,I paid 165 $ for hair a little below my shoulder with a tip of 24$ . She rushed me in a way and did not ask for an opinion if I was really happy with it , I wasn't too happy and it being my birthday made it worse , I texted her about it a, she said I was in a rush but honestly I wasn't and it felt like she was,after a bit of convincing , she agreed to redo some parts of my hair , i went in again and she did a much better job , though she charged me 80$ , i was not expecting to pay again , I would def tip her but I wasn't going in thinking I would be charged for something all over,in short I ended up paying 165+24+80 for a hair color not too dramatic for hair a little below the shoulder, agreed I had prior henna but she kind of got it right the second time so what went wrong the first time and if it did not turnout well the first time why did she have to charge me half the cost again?"

"I had my hair cut and colored by Tessa! She is such a sweet heart. She did an amazing job. She knew exactly what I wanted. My hair hasn't felt this healthy or looked this amazing in a very long time. I highly suggest Tessa!"

"Rarely do you find a place where you would trust any of the stylist to do your hair. These ladies know their stuff. I read the review that complained about having only two chairs for extra seating. THEY DON'T NEED MORE.... They don't overbook and don't keep you waiting! Extremely laid back, albeit professional stylists. Would (and have) recommended to others!!! So glad it was recommended to me!"
