"I dropped by the salon to be sure I knew where it was. I met the owner, explained what I needed, showed pictures of the style, let him look at my hair, confirmed prices, scheduled an appointment with him and wrote down my name, number and date and time of my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, the 'Open' sign was on but the door was locked. I knocked two or three times but no one answered. I went to my car and called, leaving a message. I sat and waited for a response of some sort. I received none. I emailed. I texted...nothing. I am highly disappointed and will not ever try this shop again. Professional is not the right description for this shop."
