"My hair was cut on a Friday at 11 in the morning. I was the ONLY customer in the salon. The young lady that cut my hair, had a picture to go by, and cut it layered. Wich I wanted a straight line shoulder length cut. After she kept cutting to try to even it, I finally told her to stop. She could tell I was not happy and still charged me 40 for this mess!"
