"Wonderful and helpful low income lawyers helped solve my problem"
"Called for an attorney, instead I reached a very confused black man who wasnt an attorney"
"Failing Minnesota's Most Vulnerable with Ableist Prioritization I am deeply disappointed with the decline in service at DBLC. The screening attorneys' ableist prioritization, focuses on high-functioning participants, revealing a troubling conflict: DBLC stated they only accept cases with a high likelihood of success instead of acting as a P & A protecting disabled participants. This approach disregards the daily atrocities faced by medically complex individuals who struggle to access essential services they settle on. As disabled Minnesotans continue to decline in crisis, it's disheartening to see DBLC highlight awards of cases like Murphy vs. Harpstead, to the detriment of those desperately in need of Olmstead compliance. The disparity between the organization's accolades and the harsh reality for many Minnesotans is concerning. God help disabled Minnesotans as our organizations continue to fail us. The urgency for a new Protection and Advocacy organization is evident, one that truly prioritizes the well-being of all residents over superficial recognition."
"This was the worst legan aid I have came across they don't answer the phone they keep the website shutdown so you can't even communicate and still don't answer the phone this place need to be shutdown"
"I just called with a few questions about resources and i was rushed off the phone and was treated with no care or respect for what legal advice or who or how i should proceed. Very rude lady."
