"Have been coming here for a year and I have been highly disappointed. Henry has a great ability to fade your hair or give it a taper , but he simply does not know how to trim the top. He makes all sections of your hair uneven and every angle of your hair looks different. Will not be coming back unfortunately, great environment and people , but my hair has been messed up too many times."

"First of all, I just wanna give a shout out to Henry and Nick. The atmosphere is beautiful in this place and feels like home. I’m from Chicago originally and since I moved to Arkansas, I have not seen a single barbershop here that can master Chicago style fades like what New Image provides. I usually keep my hair long from the top with a comb over and get a low bald fade. My beard is always looking sharp the way I want it. Henry knocks it out of the park every time consistently giving me the best haircut possible. As for Nick, he’s the owner. He is hands down a very friendly person that connects with his customers and can definitely hold a conversation to enjoy! He is an excellent barber that’s cut my hair many times. I’m a weekly customer here and get treated very respectfully in the shop. If you want to build a relationship with a barbershop, this is the place and as far as fade quality…they are top-tier! I’ve been a customer here at this specific shop more than 3 years and will continue coming back weekly!"
