Great Clips

"I booked an appointment online and by the time I got there it was time to be helped. I normally am very cautious about getting my hair cut at great clips because I have had some bad cuts in the past but the lady that cut my hair this time did a great job. It turned out just like I asked. I wish they would dry your hair before you leave the shop so they can tell if it’s a good cut or not instead of having to go home and check but I guess that why it is a bit cheaper than getting cut when I get it colored. I haven’t been to great clips in years and I was sad to see that the prices did go up and they don’t offer the military discount to families anymore but over all good experience"

"I want to start by saying I have used great clips for 15 years. I will not be going back after today's experience. I checked in online at 9:05 am. I arrived at the salon at 9:22 am. My name was top on the list. They asked me did you check in online? I let them know I had. They did not check me in. At 10:27 they finally checked me in after the four people below me on the list were taken care of. This is the whole point of online check in. I cancelled my appointment after waiting an hour for a haircut. Ridiculous. I will not be back."

"Admittedly it’s been a while since my visit(8 months), but I came in about 3 times and they messed up my hair each time! The last time my hair was cut by a girl who was acting like she was on drugs! She used hairspray to wet my hair before combing it!!?! And that made her mess up my part, like A LOT! I couldn’t figure out quite what was wrong until I went home and removed the hairspray. THANK GOODNESS I became weary, and didn’t get my usual hard part, or it wouldn’t have been repairable."
