"I was very disappointed on my last visit. I have been going to Lux since she began. I have been cut on the face which the facial should have been free but they took $5 off my price. This should have been the last straw but I went back. This young lady was new to me. I asked her to thread my face. She didn't do a great job and afterwards asks me if I saw any more facial hair on my face. I am the customer of course I could not see. I asked if they was going to charge me the entire $40 and Lux says yes. I am done. I will not be back. Take your warning ⚠️. Trust your gut."
