"I went in on March 1st to get my haircut the lady did not tell me that shampoo is automatically with it so I didn't do the shampoo $37 for just a trim and she didn't even cut it straight it's one and a half to 2 in and longer on one side than it is the other I will never go back. And when she went to brush my hair all she did was brush the ends where she was going to trim didn't brush any of the other hair and I had to tell her to cut my bangs."

"Stacey Mack is the professional who provided services for my hair. She went to extra measures on her own to find products I needed when they weren't immediately available at the shop. She treated me with such individualized care. Made sure I was comfortable and my hair is now healthier than it's been in a few years.
