Kaleigh has out done herself yet again! i always get nervous to get my hair done due to previous experiences with other stylist, but every time i'm in Kaleighs chair she makes me feel comfortable and goes above and beyond and does an amazing job. she's the only one i can trust and walk out with a smile on my face! if you're needing any service done, go here and ask for her, she's friendly, outgoing, skilled, funny, and makes you feel comfortable in her chair."
"I scheduled two appointments, one for my husband and one for me. I usually do his hair, but since we had a baby, we wanted to maximize time and just have someone do it for us. I asked for experienced stylists and they assured me that the available stylists had *experience. My haircut turned out subpar, but my husband’s haircut was far worse. The hair on his nape was shaved unevenly, one side was left with a zigzag and the top sides were thickly chopped up. The stylist asked if it needed altering, but later justified and said that she intended to have it that way. She mentioned that because it is cut in this certain way, once the hair grows, it will look better. Moreover, they asked to us to tip for this “service.” Ultimately, I ended up fixing his haircut. I always try to be objective in my reviews and yes, that was the worst haircut I have ever seen."

They are always helpful to work with our busy schedule to get us in for haircuts or any other service. It has a great atmosphere and lots of great products too."
"I made an appointment to get my hair permed. Was very specific about what I wanted and even showed pictures of my fresh perm from the previous year as an example of the tight curls I wanted. The young lady who permed my hair was very sweet but unfortunately did not do a good job. When rolling my hair, there were random strands of hair that weren’t even in the rollers. She fixed a few and continued to roll my hair barley wet which was causing lots of frizz. When she started applying the perm to my hair I informed her that my normal lady uses 2 bottles due to my hair being long and thick. She then told me that she was moving fast and distributing the solution evenly so there would be no need for a 2nd bottle. After everything was finished and I made it home, I noticed that my hair was not curly at all as it started to dry. But instead it was crinkled/ wavy. I called immediately to express my concern as well as sent photos. I was told to wait a few days. 3days later on Saturday, I called the salon and asked to speak with the owner about my hair not being done properly and asked about a refund considering I paid $250 (which was $100 more than I usually pay at a different salon) plus a tip. I explained I didn’t feel comfortable putting more solution in my hair to fix the issue out of fear of damaging my hair. I was told that the owner would be the only one who could issue a refund but I would have to wait until Tuesday morning for her to reach out. I never received that call. Not even a text expressing concern. I then called around lunchtime and was told the manager wouldn’t be in until 12:30-1pm. I drove 20 minutes back to the salon just to me brushed off and told that she (the owner) already knew the story but then said she didn’t know anything about my issues until today. And then proceeded to tell me “I don’t have time for this” as I’m trying to speak to her and show her the photos. Yet how dare I be upset about my hair and being given the run around for days. Seems like the owner and manager (who was also rude) have ZERO concern when they take someone’s hard earned money and expect them to deal with a lousy overpriced service. *First 3 pictures compared to last year’s photo of getting my hair permed in *tight curls. BIG DIFFERENCE."
