The lady who assisted me listened to my concerns and how I wanted my brows threaded before beginning which is extremely important to me. Service was the quickest, least painful I have ever had and I was provided a loyalty card. Will definitely be back for threading and to try the other services offered."

"Customer service was terrible. The skinny lady is always polite. She wasn’t here today and the short heavier set lady was very rude. She was on the phone the whole time she worked and barely paid attention to what I was saying to her and she kept trying to cut me off. I used to stop in alot but I won’t ever go back to get any type of service from them. I usually get face waxed, lashes, brows, and tint on brows. NEVER AGAIN! I will find another place."
