"I pulled into the wrong entrance gate. by mistake. The man from the service desk came out screaming at me and waving his arms. After I parked my trailer in the correct location I went to the service desk only to be greeted by the same person. He hadn’t cooled down yet and was short and rude, not at all interested in helping me. I ended up with 4 items I couldn’t use and returned the items. I received a refund for only 2 of the 4 items, short $70 what was owed. A horrible experience! I will never shop there again. Jesse May is this young man’s name."
