Her response was "I could have, I just didn't think about it." THE ENTIRE CUT, "STYLE", AND PAYMENT PROCESS TOOK 13 MINUTES. The fastest cut I have ever received. Before getting up from the chair, I placed all my hair back into the clip I wore in because it looked like I had just woken up, and I had errands to run. I got the feeling that perhaps she was called in on her day off or something, and REALLY did not want to be there. I have NEVER not tipped at a salon, but it felt so wrong to tip for this "service", that I did not."
