"Dr. Musallam is GREAT. He has always been kind, professional, quick, and great at his job. However, I don't know why a few ladies in his staff think they can just treat period however they want to. In the past, I would call and they would have me in asap, but a few months ago, one of my children woke up with a severe toothache and when I called, the lady I spoke to treated me very short, and with an attitude. She acted as if we had not been patients for a good 3-4 years. She even insisted I take my child elsewhere. I got really upset and told her if I had to take my child to someone else, then I should just find a new dentist, and she pretty much said that was fine. I ended up having to take my children elsewhere for the last 3 months, and myself. Last month, I had a dental emergency, and had to go in to the new dentist... I'm not pleased with his work, so today I called Dental Health again... the same lady answers, and tells me I'm no longer in their charts, I explain the last I called all that had happened... and she pretty much ignored me, possible she muted me, and told me they could not see me until July. I asked to speak to the office manager, and she insisted she is the office manager. I said well, maybe I'll drive by there and explain to Dr. M all that's going on and how you're treating me, and she tells me not to bother, that he won't speak with me either. I'm leaving this review so the DOC knows if he's losing patients/ clients- This is why. Unacceptable customer service. RUDE "office manager"."

"Got me in next day, took care to numb me before the procedure. Like extra numb!! :) Took care of my problem and was very personable. Cash price was a little higher than expected, but they got me in and out quick. Def recommend this clinic."
