"Supporting black businesses is a priority for me! When I heard about Dr. Gray on thr Power 92.3 infomercial, I immediately called to schedule an appointment for my annual. Everyone from the receptionist to the hygenist to Dr. Gray were great! My son and I have been going every since. Last year, I decided to get an implant. Dr. Gray advised raved how she had never lost one, which gave me high hopes. Unfortunately. Within a few months of placing the implant, it had to be removed. I went back and forth on if I wanted to go with another implant or a bridge. Ultimately, I decided on replacing the implant as I didn't want to lose another perfectly good tooth. Fast forward, Dr. Gray decides to send me to another Oral Surgeon to replace the implant I paid $1800 for her to do. This did not sit well with me. While speaking with her receptionist to understand why Dr. Gray was in a sense refusing to stand behind her work, she says "stop yelling at me or I'll hang up." Now, I listened as she gave me this long three minute spill about what and why Dr. Gray couldn't or said regarding the initial implant. However, as soon as I started speaking she continued to interrupt and interject... just rude. Then she cries wolf (says I'm raising my voice). I never raised my voice to her. However, it was a typical "Karen" move because she couldn't provide a valid reason as to why Dr. Gray was refusing to stand by her service. I started thinking while listening to her make false statements, do I really want to give someone who refuses to stand by their servi r my hard earned money... esp someone who allows their employee to make false accusations so easily. No, I don't. So I told thr receptionist to remove me and my son as patients. I'll fins another surgeon to do the implant. Dr. Gray, if you by chance read this... do better!"

"I am a big chicken. Nitrous oxide has never worked for me and other dental anxiety meds can’t be given to me because of interactions between other meds i take. I’m also a red head which sometimes interferes with any kind of anesthesia. Dr. Gray and her staff were wonderful. They gave me two different numbing meds to make sure i didn’t feel a thing. After i had to wait a bit for a crown to be made (in house) she offered to give me more numbing meds just to ease my mind which i gladly accepted. Best experience ever getting dental work! Her whole office staff are friendly and Im hoping my next appointment my fears will be gone. I highly recommend this office."
