"The old lady employee is very rude and unprofessional. I walked into an area I been in previous visits without issue to purchase coils I needed. This time an old lady started shouting across the store at me saying I shouldn’t be there. I apologized and said I didn’t know that, as I was in shock. She approached me aggressively and started yelling at me like I should have known better. I walked out and never went back. Worst customer service I’ve ever had at a business."

"The old ladies who run this place make you feel like an inconvenience to be shopping there. Service is terrible, they are always on their cellphones or having a group meeting between 3 or 4 old ladies talking about the weekend. Great head shop, it's pretty large for the area. Selection seems like it's all online and non-local glass products though."

"They have some great products, however, the current manager is very rude! I bought a vape yesterday (1/4/24). I was told by two young employees that if I keep the receipt, I can return the vape if I don't like it. They stated I could even try it in the store. I tried the vape that night and the flavor was awful!! So, I went to the Buffalo smoke shop today & an older employee and the manager was there. They refused to let me exchange it for the same brand but different flavor. I told them what the girls told me and she said "We only accept returns if the product malfunctions. I'm the manager here & I will talk to my employees. She NEVER even apologized!! I'll be going to the Smoking Monkey now as the Buffalo Smoke Shop has poor customer service."

"Its a go to smoke shop. It has everything your looking for in the tobacco line and more. I very nice cigar room as well. Employees are very friendly and helpful. I've used this shop for many years and will continue. They have a great selection of vape products too."
