"I just left the office without getting finished with my evaluation for a root canal. Loved their office staff. Every lady there was so nice and made me feel comfortable! As soon the dentist comes in he appear to be nice. He started the exam. He did a “cold” test. Which made me have a knee jerk reaction. He scolded me rather harsh. I took that and then we proceeded. The tooth that I’m here for was extra sensitive. My foot involuntarily hit the seat. He yelled again. Really kind of a rude yell as well. He told me we won’t be able to do this if I do that again. I told him , you’re right. I’ll find a different dentist who doesn’t have a bad attitude. Moral of the story - I just wanted my root canal completed so I can move on to other dental procedures but I won’t have a dentist scold me like a child. Retirement may need to come soon for his office."
