"My daughter & I went to this nail salon as part of a birthday gift from me to her. My daughter’s nails & toes look great. Mine on the other hand, not so much. The man was waiting on me didn’t trim any skin off of my toes or cut my cuticles, I paid for manicure & didn’t get one. When we sat down to start on my nails he went straight into getting the dip ready to put on & I had told him twice I needed tips because my nails are to short. He was trying to convince me to do it on my real nails! Finally he got the tips out & started gluing them on. After a while I asked if he was going to trim my cuticle area & make it look clean & he didn’t! He never even asked me to wash my hands. My nails looked terrible. Later on another nice man that works there tried to fix what he had done & all he could do was put gel polish over the dip. I don’t prefer gel polish. I wanted dip & didn’t get that either. I did, but it’s under the gel polish. Then our total was $200.everyone there was friendly don’t get me wrong. & the man that fixed my nails didn’t have to do that. But these nails ain’t worth $5 let alone whatever they charged. I guess I’ll be wearing these until next time! We provide our phone number & email at check in, I feel like they should offer to redo them. Doubt that happens."
